Heat preservation box

The insulation box body is assembled by double-sidedstainless steel polyurethane sandwich panel, and the bottom is supported by steel frame, without foundation,Between the panel use the pothook to connect, preservation capacity good and high connect strength.There have multiple drainpipes on the bottom of thebox body.

Air cooler evaporator

Aluminum tube, aluminum sheet and stainless steelframe, Comply with food hygiene requirements.Mechanical expansion is adopted between aluminum tube and aluminum sheet, high efficiencyheat transfer. A variable pitch structure is constructed from large to small along the directionof the airflow.

Brine evaporator

Adopting spiral plate heat exchanger, special runnerdesign, high heat exchange efficiency, compactstructure and small floor area.

Frame and drive system

The frame can be made of stainless steel or carbon steelby hot dip galvanizing. The frame has strong rigidity,stable structure and smooth strip running. The strip drive wheel is made of cast iron, which is processed as awhole at one time. The wide-body design is adoptedfor the surface of the wheel, and the contact surface between the strip and the plate is large, so it is not easyto skid.

Fan

Adopt domestic famous brand, high efficiency, lownoise, damp proof and low temperature axial flowfan. The air duct is made of stainless steel, castaluminum blade and cast iron motor. Motorprotection grade IP55.

Control system

The control system is simple, convenient, reliable andeasy to maintain. The control box is made of stainless steel. The electrical components are wellknown and have compact structure.
